Ingredients
- 6-8 Potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2-3 Tablespoons sour cream
- Fried bacon, crumbled
- milk and butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes when tender; add milk and butter; blend until smooth but not soggy. Add seasonings and sour cream and mix well. Add bacon, Spoon into backing dish and bake or microwave until hot.
