Thanksgiving meat stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 bunch of green onions you stems
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 3 pieces celery with tops
  • 1/2 a bunch of parsley choped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • half loaf stale Italian bread
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms choped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Romano cheese

Note
before you start the stuffing soak the bread in a pan of water then when it's soft pull off the crust and squeeze the insides till it is moist then added to the meat.

Sauté chopped onions, celery, parsley and mushrooms in a small amount of oil. Then fry ground meat with a little salt and pepper set aside to Cool.
Make sure the meat is cold before following the next steps
mix the bread meet with the sautéed onions celery parsley and mushrooms together adding cheese and egg mix thoroughly and place in baking dish
bake at 375° 45 minutes or until top is browned and work
