Ingredients

  • One and a half cups mayonnaise
  • One each 4 ounce jar diced pimentos drained
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces finely shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • Coarsely shredded 8 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 35o Cook pecans 8 to 10 minutes mix mayo pimento onion worchestershire sauce and pepper. And pecans and shredded cheeses to Mayo mixture stir until well blended store refrigerated up to one week
