Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 tsp. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 c. cubed bread
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Pinch celery seed
  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the water, teriyaki sauce and bread cubes; let stand for 5 minutes. Add the egg, onion, green pepper, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, garlic powder and celery seed. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
Pat into an ungreased 5 3/4" x 3" x 2" loaf pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hours or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees; drain.
