Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Bring potatoes, water, bouillon onion to a boil in large soup pot. Lower heat, cover & simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients & simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until hot. Top with real bacon crumbles if desired & serve.
