Grandma's Creamed Corn


20 ounces corn
8 ounces milk
6 ounces heavy whipping cream
Pinch of white pepper
2tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
4 teaspoons sugar
A pinch of salt

Mix all together except butter and flour. When corn is cooked, melt the butter, mix flour with butter, then mix butter and flour with the corn.
