Ingredients
- ROOM TEMPERTURE INGREDIENTS
- 6 OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 STICK BUTTER
- 4 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR (SIFTED)
- 1/4 tsp. VANILLA
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream the cream cheese and butter together
2. Scrape down the bowl and add 1 Cup powdered sugar at a time and mix after each addition scraping bowl occasionally
3. Add the vanilla and mix on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Put in a piping bag with big tip and pipe a swirl.
NOTE: DO NOT REFRIGERATE CUPCAKES TO KEEP LONGER FREEZE. ALLOW 2 TO 3 HOURS TO THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
