Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 # Oreos, chopped

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, pudding mix and milk. Mix after each cup of milk. Add cool whip. Layer Oreos and pudding; top with Oreo layer. Refrigerate.
