Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1 lg head of cabbage
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup mayonaise
• 1/2 teasppon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup grated carrots
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup half & HALF

Preparation

Step 1

Shred cabbage and carrots
place in large bowl
sprinkle with sugar, toss chill 30 minutes
Mix lemon juice, mayonaise, and half & half
pour over cabbage mixture
sprinkle with salt and pepper
toss
mix well
