Gingerbread Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coffee, partially frozen
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 dash cloves ground
  • 1/4 . tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia or sugar to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. whip cream, fat free

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender add all ingredients, except for whip cream. Mix until smooth.

Pour into a cup and top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
