Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coffee, partially frozen
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger, ground
- 1 dash cloves ground
- 1/4 . tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. stevia or sugar to taste
- 1/8 tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
- 2 tbsp. whip cream, fat free
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender add all ingredients, except for whip cream. Mix until smooth.
Pour into a cup and top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
