Ingredients

- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced thinly
- step 2:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- step 3:
- 6 eggs, room temp
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
step 1:
melt butter in oven safe 12" fry pan or cast iron pan. Arrange apples over butter and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
step 2:
mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over sliced apples
step 3:
Combine pancake ingredients in blender or mixer, pour over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees , 30-40 minutes. Turn out onto large plate, using spautla to help it release from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
