Ingredients
- Easy Au Jus
- 3 cups water
- 4 tsp beef bouillon or you can use cubes, about 4 of them
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
2. After boiling, whisk in the bouillon and put the heat to low. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and you’re all set. If you want to thicken it; just add a small amount of flour to the mixture and heat until thickened.
