  • 8 oz. cooked chicken breast
  • 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Bisquick, reduced fat

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix chicken, vegetables and soup; pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir remaining ingredients with a fork until well blended; spread on top of mixture in casserole dish.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
