PREHEAT AND GREASE GRILL TO MEDIUM HIGH HEAT

GRILL STEAK 8-10 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL MEDIUM DONENESS AND GRILL PEPPERS 2-3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL CRISP TENDER, BRUSHING BOTH WITH BBQ SAUCE FOR LAST FEW MINUTES
