  • 5 tomato(es), sliced

  • 1 cucumber(s), diced seedless
  • 3 scallion(s) (green onions), sliced
  • 16 olives, green, pitted, rinsed
  • 2 ounce(s) cheese, feta, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon oil, olive
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, black ground

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the tomatoes in a salad bowl that has been rubbed with the cut garlic.

2. Add the cucumber, peppers, onions, olives, and feta.

3. Sprinkle with the olive oil, vinegar and pepper over the salad. Stir thoroughly. Top with oregano.

4. Serve cold.
