Wassail Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts apple cider
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pinapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juuice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 4 cinammon sticks (3 to 4 inches)
  • Orange slices and additional cloves optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a large kettle, bring the first seven ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon and cloves. Serve warm. If desired, stud orange slices with cloves and float in punch boal. Be sure bowl can handle the heat.
