Ingredients
- 1 small baking potato
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup cooked lean ground beef
Preparation
Step 1
Wash peel and dice potato. Place in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil for 10-15 minutes. Add peas to saucepan. Boil for another 5-10 minutes until peas and potatoes are both very tender. Let cool; then place in food processor with beef. Purée as needed to reach desired consistency, adding leftover cooking water to thin out the mixture.
