Preparation
Step 1
DAY 1
In large bowl 1 1/2 cups starter, 2 1/2 cups sugar & 1 quart peaches (29 oz.) cut up with juice. Let stand loosely covered on counter. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Stir once daily for 10 days.
DAY 11
Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 18-20 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice. Stir once daily for 10 days.
DAY 21
Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 18 oz. jar drained maraschino cherries. Stir once daily for 10 days.
DAY 31
Strain fruit. Save juice for starter mix. Mix 3 small instant vanilla pudding mixes, 3 white or yellow cake mixes (without pudding in them), 13 well-beaten eggs, 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil and 2 cups chopped walnuts.
Add to fruit.
Bake in loaf pans at 350° until done.
