Ingredients
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unseasoned Cornish hen, cooked and chopped
- Pinch of dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Steam broccoli until tender, about 7-10 minutes. Combine hen, rosemary and broccoli together in a blender. Puree to a semismooth consistency, adding water when necessary. Fold in mashed potatoes. Serve. Refrigerate remaining portions for up to three days.
