Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

These cookies have the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter! If you can find unwrapped kisses, that will make your life a lot easier!

Ingredients

• 1 bag of Hershey kisses
• 1/2 cup soft butter, 1 stick
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt to a small bowl. Mix and set aside.

In a separate bowl combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed.

Shape dough to about 1-inch balls (or use a fancy cookie scooper!) and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for about 8-10 minutes.

While the cookies are baking, unwrap the kisses. Immediately press kiss into the center of cookie -- it will crack around the edges.

Cool & EAT!
