Sausage & Apple Overnight Casserole

  • 2 lb bulk sausage
  • 9 slices bread
  • 2 sliced apples
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 9 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sharped cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups milk



Step 1

fry sausage, break up, drain reserve fat
place sausage in light greased 9 x 13 baking dish
cut in eggs, cut bread in cubes
saute apples in sausage fat
combine the bread, apples, mustard, eggs, cheese, and milk
pour this mixture over the sausage
cover refregerate over night
bake 30 minutes covered
and 30 minutes uncovered
