CUT PEPPERS INTO 1 INCH CIRCLES OR CHUNKS. PACK INTO STERILIZED CANNING JARS. MIX TOGETHER SLAT AND WATER. COVER PEPPERS WITH SALT SOLUTION. LET SIT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-5 DAYS, MAKING SURE THAT THE PEPPERS STAY SUBMERGED IN SALT SOLUTION
