Ingredients
- 7 oz macaroni
- 1/4 c butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 c milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 c shredded cheddar
- 1 c Ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Being large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add macaroni and cook 8-10 min.
Melt 1/4 c. butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Cook about 1 min. until smooth and bubble, stirring occasionally.
Mix in milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. Continue coking until sauce is thickened.
Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
In small bowl, mix cracker crumbs, parsley, and 2 tbs melted butter. Spread over macaroni.
Bake 15-20 min. or until golden brown.
