- graham wafer crust
- 1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 pkgs cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- (can substitue pumpkin pie filling with 1 1/2 cup pumpkin plus 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ginger)
Preheat oven 350.
Prepare graham wafer crust in spring pan.
Mix pumpkin pie filling with brown sugar and eggs and blend. Set aside.
In another bowel mix cream cheese, white sugar, and cornstarch and mix well.
Add pumpkin mixture to cream cheese mixture only until blended, do not over mix.
Pour over crust.
Bake for 45-50 mins.
Top with Whipped cream and pecans.
