Meaty Squash Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small unsalted butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup cooked lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup cooked pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the squash. Place facedown in a shallow pan of water. Bake for about 40 minutes at 400. Allow to cool; then scoop out the squash flesh and place in food processor or blender. Add beef and pasta. Puree as needed to reach desired consistency. Then with water if desired.
