Crispy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 6 Tbs. Kraft mayo
  • 2 Tbs. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
  • 4 small boneless chicken breasts cut lengthwise into 3 strips per breast.
  • Panko seasoned coating mix
  • 2 Tbs Ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbs mayo
  • couple chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400*
Mix mayo, milk, salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to marinate. Pour panko coating mix into a bowl. Dip chicken one strip at a time, coat evenly. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet, bake 20 minutes or until done.

Dipping Sauce:

Mix all ingredients and serve with chicken.
