Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained thoroughly on paper towel
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over to 375. Prepare pie crust as directed on package.

Layer ham, cheese & broccoli in crust-lined pan. In medium bowl, combine all remaining filling ingredients, beat well. Pour over broccoli

Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
