Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 Limes Zested
- 1/2 Cup Light Rum
- Ice
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar and water. Cook 5 min, stirring often until dissolved and clear. Set aside to cool
Put sugar syrup, lime juice, mint, zest, and rum into blender. Blend until smooth. Serve over ice, or blend to make slushy
