Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- Approximately 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat brown sugar, margarine and milk to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir for 2 minutes
Remove from heat, and let cool for approximately 10 minutes (until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.)
Gradually stir in powdered sugar
Note: If necessary stir in2 or 3 teaspoons of water until smooth.
