Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake mix (reserve 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 16 oz can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 t almond extract
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix cake mix, oil, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of nuts for crust
Press into 13 X 9" pan
Mix pumpkin, condensed milk, almond, cinnamon, salt, eggs and 1/2 cup of reserved cake mix.
Mix well and pour over crust.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
