Rum Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup rum (like Bacardi)
  • 1 package (3 3/4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees

Grease and flour tube pan

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan

Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and rum together

Pour batter over nuts.

Bake 1 hour - Cool and invert on serving platter.
