Amaretto

Ingredients

• 3 c. water
• 3 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 6 T. almond extract
• 6 t. vanilla extract
• 6 c. vodka

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring water and sugars to a boil.

2. Lower temperature and simmer mixture for 20 minutes.

3. Cool to room temperature, then add extracts and stir.

4. Add water and stir again.

5. Bottle and store in a cool dark place.

6. Let age at least 2 weeks before drinking.
