Ritz Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 36 RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups), divided
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Broccoli as directed.
Drain and place in greased casserole

Dot with 1/2 stick of butter.

Cut up VELVEETA cheese and place around in casserole.

Roll out crackers, place butter 1/2 stick of butter in frying pan and melt. Add cracker crumbs. Put crackers over top of casserole.

Mix remaining cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.

BAKE @ 35 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
