Moist Cajun Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 1/41 b (4) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
• 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 t Cajun seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.

Brush all sides of chicken with mayonnaise mixture

Place bread crumbs in large Ziploc bag

Add chicken to bag one piece at a time; shake to coat

Arrange on rack in broiler pan

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
