Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes, baked; cooled
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 1. W orcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups ham, cooked and chunked
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice potatoes

Melt butter is saucepan

Add flour and salt; stir until blended

Slowly add mild, stirring constantly

Cook for several minutes; stirring until smooth and thickened.

Stir in W orcestershire sauce

Layer potatoes, chopped ham and white sauce; then repeat for next layer (ending with white sauce on top) in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Heat at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
