Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (reduced fat, oilive oil)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sun crystals
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian herb blend
- 1 clove crushed and finely minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until emulsified. Refrigerated overnight for best results, but may be served immediately. May be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator. Stir well before serving.
