Ingredients
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 2 1/2 pound pork shoulder, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 12 oz noodles
- red bell peppers thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound snow peas

Preparation
Step 1
1 1/2 hours in roaster at 235-240 degrees. Or in slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. 15 minutes before serving, cook noodles adding the veggies for the last minute of cooking.
