Ingredients

  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 2 T rice wine vinegar
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1/4 t crushed red pepper
  • 2 1/2 pound pork shoulder, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 12 oz noodles
  • red bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound snow peas

Step 1

1 1/2 hours in roaster at 235-240 degrees. Or in slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. 15 minutes before serving, cook noodles adding the veggies for the last minute of cooking.
