Ingredients
- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1/2 CUP ONION CHOPPED
- 1/4 CUP GREEN PEPPERS, CHOPPED
- 1/4 CUP CELERY CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 1 1/4 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 TBSP SUGAR
- 1 TBSP VINEGAR
Preparation
Step 1
BROWN MEAT. ADD PREPARED VEGETABLES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS, BEING SURE TO ADD THE SUGAR BEFORE THE VINEGAR. SIMMER 20 MINUTES AND SERVE ON HAMBURGER BUNS.
