- 4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast (about one small breast)
- 4 tbsp homemade chicken or vegetable stock

Step 1
Place chicken in a saucepan with a small amount of water, enough to almost cover the chicken. Cook over medium heat until completely cooked through, about 10 minutes. Cut into small pieces and place in a blender. Puree while gradually adding just enough broth or water to reach a smooth consistency.
