Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup peanut butter smooth
- 5 cups rice crispy cereal
- 3 cups pretzels mini or sticks
- 1 1/2 cups peanuts dry roasted honey roasted or regular
- 1/2 cup sunflower nuts without shells
- 1 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Spray and 11 x 13 cake pan with nonstick pan spray set aside
mix cereal pretzels peanuts sunflower nuts and raisins and cranberries in a large bowl and set aside
melt butter in saucepan on stove add marshmallows to melted butter keep heat on media and keep stirring until all melted. A heat resident rubber spatula works best here.
Pour melted marshmallows over cereal mix and stir all together
now that it has cold slightly add chocolate and stir in
pour mixture into prepared cake pan and press down.
Let cool several hours before cutting into bars
