Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t. almond extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 cup whole or chopped almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, sugar, extracts, salt and baking powder

Combine with flour and nuts

Shape into a 8”X 14”rectangle or greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cool- slice carefully with a serrated knife into 1/4”slices.

Put on a baking sheet sprayed with oil and bake at
350 degrees for 10 minutes on each side.

Cool
