Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken or 4 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 cans of Chicken Broth (from boiling the chicken)
  • 1 stick of margarine melted
  • 1 (8oz) package of herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 (8oz) package of cornbread Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken until tender
(Note: to boil whole chicken put 4 cups of water and whole chicken in a large pot and bring to a boil, then turn on low and simmer for about 1 hour.)
De-bone chicken ,
In a 9" X 13" pan or two 8" X 8" pans layer:
Thin layer of stuffing mixture
1/2 of the chicken
1/2 of the soup mixture
Repeat
1/2 of the stuffing mixture that is left
remaining chicken
remaining soup mixture
end with the rest of the stuffing mixture on top
to36C
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly
