Easy Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 10 Roma tomatoes
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a 8 qt. stock pot of water to a boil.
Boil Jalapenos until they change color...from dark green to a light brown. Remove from boiling water to ice water to stop cooking process. Once cool, remove stems.
Remove the cores from the Tomatoes
Peel skin from Garlic
Place Jalapenos, Tomatoes, Garlic, and salt in blender. Very lightly blend to a chunky state.

Serve with homemade deep fried tortilla chips.
