Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheese (8oz)
- 1 cup thick and chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen hash browns (8 cups, thawed)
- 1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13" pan. Mix first 6 ingredients. Add potatoes and pour into dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 45-60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
