Easy Cheesy Salsa Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (8oz)
  • 1 cup thick and chunky Salsa
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen hash browns (8 cups, thawed)
  • 1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13" pan. Mix first 6 ingredients. Add potatoes and pour into dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 45-60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
