Ingredients

  • 4 C White Bread Cubes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 C pumpkin puree
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 T Rum or Brandy
  • 1/4 t Nutmeg
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t Gr Clove
  • 2 T Butter Cold

Step 1

Grease a 9x13x2 inch pan

Dry the bread cubes in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Place bread in the pan. In a Lg bowl whisk all other ingredients except for the butter. Pour mixture over the bread and let sit 10 minutes. Dab the butter over the top.

Bake @350 for 40-50 minutes. The pudding should be set not dry in the center.
