Ingredients

• 4-6 boneless chicken breast
• 3 tbsp EvO
• Fresh ground pepper
• 3/4 pesto
• 1/2 C parmesan cheese
• 3 plum Tomatoes
• Spray backing dish with cooking spray
• Drizzle with EVO
• Cover with pesto
• Add cheese
• Top with tomatoes
