Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shortbread cookies crumbs (kibbler Sandies)
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 3 8oz packages cream cheese softened
- 1 14oz can condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 8oz container sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
combine crumbs and butter,
pressed firmily on bottomof 9 inch springform pan
in a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy
gradually beat in sweet condensed milk until smooth
beat eggs then sour cream and vanilla
pour into prepared pan
bake 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly brown around edges
center will be slightly soft
cool
garnish with cherry pie filling
keep refrigerated
