Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 2/3 cup light cream
- 1 egg yolk
- chopped parsley to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Romano-Parmesan cheese, grated

Step 1
Beat egg yolk in cream with parsley, salt, and pepper. Add to butter. Heat over stove until warm. Mix in the Romano-Parmesan cheese. Pour over pasta.
