Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 Ib ground round
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup chopped onions or 1/2 package onion soup mix
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/4 c or more of oatmeal
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together (kneading) and put in loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Take out of oven, put 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with
barbeque sauce on top and bake additional 15 minutes.
