Ingredients
- 1 can 10.5oz Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can 10.5oz Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can 4oz diced green chilies - opt.
- 12 oz grated Monterey Jack
- 12 oz grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 8inch flour tortillas - cut into bite size pieces
- 3-4 chicken breasts - cooked, boneless, skinless - cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can 13oz evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and set aside first 3 ingredients
Mix and set aside cheeses
Grease 13x9x2 dish
Layer half of each in order:
Tortillas
Soup mix
Cheese mix
Pour evaporated milk over top of casserole and let stand for 1 hour
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
Cool for 15 minutes
